You must be a client of the Home Care Program to be able to access the after hours Home Care Response Team.
You must be a current client of the Home Care program to access this service.Referrals to Home Care can be made during regular business hours by family, friends, physicians, other professional health care providers, agencies, or you can call to self refer by calling 403-943 -1920.If you are a Home Care in Calgary Zone and need support from HCRT after 4:15 pm, call 403-943- 1600 to speak to a nurse.
